Chef Santo’s Mexican Infusion Cuisine in Rosarito Beach
In this video, Amiee from Rosarito Living interviews Chef Santos at the Original Giorgio’s Ristorante. Located in the Popotla area of Rosarito Beach, Giorgio’s creations are a “Mexican Infusion” of taste and culture from different states in Puebla. One spin on tradition is Blue Fin Tuna in a mole crust. Chef Santos explains that most moles are liquid or paste, but his is crafted into a rub.
With Giorgio’s in full swing, he is not stopping here. Future plans for next year are shared with us about working with renowned Chef Javier Plascencia in the Valle de Guadalupe.
Offering daily specials that are not only fresh and delicious but affordable. In addition to great food and wine, Giorgio’s has live music playing Fridays and Saturdays from 4-9 pm.
